Pyrmont Festival of Wine, Food and Art: Festival Highlights

Pyrmont Festival 2013 in its third year with the Mudgee Region, celebrated ten days of Wine, Food & Art. The Festival presented two days May 18 – 19 in Pirrama Park this year, a weekend free outdoor event featuring 150 wines from Mudgee winemakers, Mudgee food producers with the seventh annual Pyrmont Art Prize and the local Schools Art Project.

Locals and Fundraisers at the Festival

This year, IGA raised $3,000 for the The Kids Cancer Project with their BBQ. Barnardos had a popular stall with face painting and other activities, and young buskers drew in crowds. The Star featured a demonstration kitchen with all their top fine dining chefs.
