When Carole Cherry launched her boutique store, Urban Oasis, eight years ago, her vision was to support Australian designers through displaying the diversity that is their art. Unlike the juggernauts of Westfield, Urban Oasis is a haven for individual taste and style. Located on Harris St, it’s easy to lose track of time when sorting through the eye-candy that is the beauty of Australian accessories, giftware and fashion pieces.
